Vegan Chocolate Lava Cake

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate, margarine and plant-based milk in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring regularly until smooth and homogeneous. Be careful not to burn the mixture.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and flour to the melted mixture, stir well.
  4. Distribute the batter into greased muffin molds. Optional: insert a chocolate square in the center of each mold for an even more flowing center.
  5. Bake for 9 minutes (timing may vary depending on the oven).
  6. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before unmolding to prevent the cakes from breaking.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
