Vegan Chocolate Lava Cake

- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt the chocolate, margarine and plant-based milk in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring regularly until smooth and homogeneous. Be careful not to burn the mixture.
- Add the powdered sugar and flour to the melted mixture, stir well.
- Distribute the batter into greased muffin molds. Optional: insert a chocolate square in the center of each mold for an even more flowing center.
- Bake for 9 minutes (timing may vary depending on the oven).
- Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before unmolding to prevent the cakes from breaking.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
