Recipe
- In a salad bowl, add raw semolina, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add small chunck of sweet pepper, the thin slice onion and the copped herbs. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together and put in the fridge for 2 hours, the semolina will grow with the oil and the lemon juice. Don’t forget to mix it again before serving.
- It is ready.
